Banyak orang yang salah paham dengan kata "pemimpin"—menyimpangkan paradigma sebenarnya dari jabatan yang satu itu.
Banyak entitas yang berpikir, seorang pemimpin haruslah seorang yang sempurna, cakap berbicara dan karismatik, serta populer.

Pada kenyataannya, tidak seperti itu.

Baru-baru ini, saya menyadari bahwa masih banyak yang lebih diperlukan dari seorang pemimpin.

A leader oughtn't to be popular, but he needs to be understanding.

A leader oughtn't to always stand in the front, but he needs to know where he should stand at the right time—he knows whether he needs to stand forward or backwards, even when he needs to stand together with the members.

A leader oughtn't to be amusing, but he needs to be responsible.

A leader oughtn't to always be enthusiastic, but he needs to be careful.

A leader oughtn't to be snob, but he needs to be down-to-earth—maybe there are more leaders are better than him.

A leader oughtn't to act like he's always be strong, but he needs to know that he's never alone.

A leader oughtn't to be the best, he just needs to always be himself.
